WHAT TIME AND WHERE DO I SHOW UP?
Show up at 8:00 AM for your morning rentals OR 1:00 PM for your afternoon rentals or as otherwise arranged. Check in/out can take 20 minutes and includes training.
Adventure Rentals has two locations. Our primary location is at 1557 E Lime Kiln Drive. Littlefield, AZ 86432 and our secondary location is at Arvada Springs 49900 Nays Ranch Road, Bunkerville, NV 89007. When you book your reservation, you will be booking for a specific location. Please make sure to go to the correct location.
WHAT TIME DOES MY RENTAL NEED TO BE RETURNED? WHAT IF I AM LATE?
Morning rentals need to be returned at 12:00 pm
Afternoon rentals need to be returned at 5:00 pm
Full day rentals need to be returned at 5:00 pm
In order for us to have machines cleaned and ready for the next customer we need the machines returned on time. A $60 late fee will be charged per unit if the rental is brought back up to 1 hour late; a $125 late fee per unit if the rental is brought back up to 2 hours late and after 2 full hours late, the fee will be an additional full day rental charge.
IS THERE A REFUND IF I RETURN THE RENTAL EARLY?
AGE REQUIREMENTS?
Drivers must be 18 years of age or older to drive, at least 25 years of age with minors on the ride, or with the parent.
Passengers must be able to simultaneously grasp the handholds, and firmly plant their feet on the floor with back fully against the seat back rest (approximately 52 inches).
WHAT ABOUT FUEL?
Fuel for a half or full day rentals fuel is included. You do not need to worry about refiling, just enjoy your day.
If you rent a machine for more than one day you may refill the machine as needed. Please use high grade, 91 Octane fuel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A BREAKDOWN?
Call us immediately so we can handle the situation appropriately. If you are out of cell phone service, use the satellite communication button and just wait! If it is an Emergency use the satellite emergency button for emergency medical to respond. Your safety is priority. However, you are responsible for a broken down retrieval cost if it is your fault for being ill prepared or careless.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE RENTAL BEFORE RETURNING IT?
AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A HELMET?
On Guided Tours: No (if Helmet Refusal Agreement is signed).
With Rentals: Yes, unless you sign a Helmet Refusal Agreement.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before your rental reservation will be refunded 90%.
Cancellations made between 48 and 25 hours before your reservation will receive 50% of the full reservation price.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, or if you do not show up for your reservation, no refund is offered.
IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes. There is a $2,500.00 security deposit per machine.
A hold will be placed on your card while the machine is in your possession. If the machine is returned in it’s original condition, without harm, the hold will be removed.
WHAT DO I PACK?
Riders should always wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes. In the cooler months, dress in layers, possibly with your heaviest jacket.
Backpacks can be helpful to stow loose items.
BRING LOTS OF DRINKS, snacks and your camera to capture the epic moments. Sunscreen is recommended.
We will provide an ice chest for your use if you need one.
Bring your receipt or confirmation email!
CAN I RENT MULTIPLE DAYS?
ARE THERE TRAILS LEADING OUT FROM THE RENTAL YARD OR WILL I NEED TO TRAILER THE UTV?
Yes. There are many trails leading out from the rental yard, Your adventure can begin immediately and there are hundreds of miles to keep it going. There is no need to trailer your UTV.
Maps of the area will be provided either electronically or by paper.
